We Started With Charlotte
Before a single pixel, we sat with Charlotte — the founder of The Qi Collective — and listened. What it feels like to walk in her practice. Who she's serving, and meant to serve in the future. The modalities she offers, the practitioners, the rhythm of how the clinic actually runs. Most importantly, the frequency she wants clients to feel the instant they land on the site. Her unique signature…
From there we mapped the build from the inside out — every service, specialty, practitioner, and touchpoint — so what went live wasn't our interpretation of her brand. It was the clearest expression of what she was already carrying in her heart, translated into a digital home and booking system for the entire practice.

A living showcase of the whole collective — every practitioner, every modality, every specialty area, and real client stories, wrapped in a serene deep-teal and gold design language that mirrors the feeling of walking through the clinic doors. The digital home Charlotte envisioned, rendered pixel for pixel.
Connected Booking Flow
A practitioner-first booking path built into the site — choose who you want to see, compare their available services, then continue securely to that practitioner's Cliniko page to choose a live appointment time and enter your details. No phone tag, no back-and-forth emails, and every calendar stays tied to the clinic's real-world schedule.
