From there we mapped the build from the inside out — every service, specialty, practitioner, and touchpoint — so what went live wasn't our interpretation of her brand. It was the clearest expression of what she was already carrying in her heart, translated into a digital home and booking system for the entire practice.

A four-step booking flow embedded directly in the site — select a service, choose a practitioner and time, enter details, confirm and pay. No phone tag, no emails, no missed connections. Availability is live across the whole collective, confirmations are automatic, and every practitioner's calendar stays aligned with the clinic's real-world schedule.
